Crossfit Woodford was established in early 2013 and was the first dedicated CrossFit gym in Woodford. We are still growing 5 and a half years later and endeavour to provide the best service to our community. We want you to get fitter and healthier, and enjoy doing it! Our members are all friendly, social people who enjoy training and enjoy the benefits of a healthy life.

First and foremost we want to help you. As an individual. Do you have certain goals? Are you looking for a personal touch? We’re not your typical CrossFit space. We’re small in size but big in heart. We believe personalised CrossFit programming working with a dedicated trainer is more effective than large groups.

As part of our personal approach, we offer a Free No Sweat Intro. This is a one-one chat with a coach where we will discuss all of your goals and the best course of action going forward. There are many ways to skin a cat. Maybe you want group training but would benefit from personal training. Maybe we need to get your nutrition in check.

We believe through CrossFit, set in a positive and friendly atmosphere, we can make fitness fun and accessible to people from all walks of life.
